Small Fish Software, Inc. is a software consulting firm incorporated in 1998 and located in the Twin Cities of Minnesota that provides full lifecycle software development consulting services on a contract basis. We specialize in the development of Web-based and Client-based software business applications. We offer full life-cycle software development solutions to our clients with an emphasis on professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Carl M. Abbott, President & CEO - Carl has been developing business application software for over 17 years. He has worked for a wide range of companies from small start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. Over the years he has performed many roles within the IT industry including; Systems Analyst, Senior Developer and Technical Lead managing teams of developers. For the last 8 years he has focused entirely on Microsoft® Technologies for the development of business solutions and the last 4 years on web-based applications. He currently holds several Microsoft® certifications including: MCSD, MCDBA and MCP.
